The Artists Behind Alexx Finding Home
Ched Lohr is a director and writer who connects with individuals across the globe and within his hometown to learn about cultural trends and promote understanding. Alexx Finding Home is his first feature documentary. Lohr balances connecting with others artistically with his career in medicine; he is an interventional radiologist in northern California.
Kristina Arnold has been an editor, DP, and writer in the independent film world for 10 years. From the start it’s been her goal to capture the simple and bizarre elements of the human experience and tell their stories. She’s worked in everything from stage production to commercial work since graduating from film school, and focused extensively in editing documentary and slice-of-life projects, believing that all it takes to learn from our experiences is finding the right way to share them.
Film and Television Music Composer
Roc Chen ,Los Angeles based Film and Television music composer is classically trained with over 16 years of experience and 200 scored and or supervised projects. These projects include big and small budgets and every story is just as important to him. Projects include: 20th Century Fox animated "Kung Fu Panda 3" (Chinese Music Consultant), Jackie Chan films "Chinese Zodiac", "Legendary Amazons" HT Films "Mike Boy", Archlight's "Guardians of the Tomb", BBC's "One Amazing Day"(Music Producer) and Wanda's recent hit "Lobster Cop". He has had the pleasure of working with such greats as :Barry Morrow, Danny Elfman, The Royal Philharmonic, Sydney Orchestra and collaborated with major studios such as Dreamworks, Disney, Wanda, BBC, Huayi Brothers, China Film Group, Indie Producers and more. Although based in LA working from his new state of the art studio, Roc still enjoys the chance to work in his homeland China from his Beijing studios.
His philosophy is, "It is not about our music alone, but more about how we can work together to help tell the creators story with it".
